The Sex and Gender Education program from HaMeorer offers a unique educational space for addressing issues of sexuality, gender, and identity. The program was developed based on the understanding that sexuality is an integral part of human life and the maturation process of every girl and boy.

In the “Touch It” sessions, we'll invite participants to share, open up, and learn together—while encouraging curiosity, listening, and exploration.

Our approach aims to produce Open, sensitive, and courageous discourse around questions of identity, body, boundaries, relationships, and love—discourse that not only protects against harm but also enables the construction of positive and moral perceptions.. In the “Touch It” sessions, we focus on sharing professional knowledge with an emphasis on the unique dialogue that develops in each group.

Educators encounter these issues on a daily basis in their work, and often it is not a lack of desire that prevents them from addressing them, but rather embarrassment and fear. The “Touch It” sessions are led by experienced facilitators who have undergone in-depth, high-quality training recognized by the Israeli Association for Sex Education.

Our team of lecturers has accompanied dozens of formal and informal educational frameworks. All lecturers hold a master's degree in education and have completed an in-depth and comprehensive training course in sex education, as well as having many years of experience in facilitating sex education processes. Thanks to their professionalism, they are able to maintain an ongoing, sensitive, and tailored dialogue that creates a climate that encourages open dialogue, complex decision-making, reduces gaps, breaks down stigmas, and enables meaningful discussion about relationships, sexuality, and gender—from a holistic perspective.
