The uniqueness of "Hameorer" lies inלמידה מתוך התנסות – דרך סיורים, מסעות, שיחות ומפגשים עם אנשים, קהילות וסיפורים מכל קצות הארץ. הלמידה החווייתית מאפשרת חיבור רגשי ורציונלי לעבר ולהווה, ומפתחת התבוננות מורכבת וביקורתית על החברה הישראלית – תוך תחושת שייכות ולקיחת אחריות אישית וחברתית.

Alongside addressing current challenges, we מעמיקים את החיבור לשורשים היהודיים-ציוניים, מתוך הבנה שמדובר ברצף חי ותוסס של ערכים, חזון ועשייה. התהליכים החינוכיים כוללים עיסוק פעיל בימי זיכרון וימים לאומיים, ביקורים באתרי מורשת, דיונים על גבורה אזרחית וצבאית, והתבוננות מחודשת על תפקידה של הציונות כמנוף לחיים משותפים ולחוסן חברתי בישראל בימינו.

בעקבות מלחמת "חרבות ברזל" פיתחנו תכנים חינוכיים ייחודיים המאפשרים למשתתפים לעבד את המשבר הלאומי ולבחון את משמעותולא כטראומה בלבד, אלא גם כהזדמנות לצמיחה ולשיקום. סיורים בגבול הצפון, בשדרות, באתר הנובה וביישובים שפונו, בשילוב מפגשים עם אנשי מילואים, אנשי חינוך, חברי כיתות כוננות וחקלאים – יוצרים מרחב להתמודדות רגשית וערכית עם שאלות של זהות, שליחות, שיקום וחוסן.

אנו מבקשים להחזיר למושג "ציונות" ולמושגים של עם, אחריות וקיום משותף את משמעותם הערכית והאנושית – דרך התבוננות על כלל מדינת ישראל, למידה רלוונטית, חיה ונוגעת. זהו תהליך חינוכי שמחבר בין היסטוריה לתקווה, בין התבוננות פנימית לעשייה בשטח.

Journey to My Country

A multi-day educational journey that connects students to their Jewish-Israeli-Zionist identity through encounters with stories of heroism, diverse communities, landscapes, and contemporary social challenges. Students will delve into questions of civic engagement, social responsibility, and belonging to the country, and will form a personal understanding of the meaning of Zionism today.

Tour of the Western Negev (Takuma, Reim, Sderot) – Flagship Program

A tour of the south focusing on memory, resilience, and heroism since October 7, alongside a historical perspective on life in the Negev, addressing the dilemmas of shaping memory, community resilience, and the future of the region, while connecting personally and values-wise to the lives of the participants and their role in Israeli society. There is an option to meet with local activists.

A year of service – a year of meaning

The year of service is a significant turning point for young people before enlisting in the military – a year that allows them to pause from the rat race, enter a world of responsibility and social action, and have a formative experience of independent living in a group. This lecture focuses on the values and personal growth inherent in this choice, alongside an explanation of the practical aspects of the process. The aim is to give students a comprehensive introduction to the options, dilemmas, and significance of the year of service.

Tour of Jerusalem "On the Way to Zion"

Tour of the Castel site and Mount Herzl, exploring the significance of Jerusalem to the Jewish people, the efforts and sacrifices required to reach it, and the power of the Zionist vision that drives people to action.

"Living in Their Light" educational kit for Israel's Memorial Day

The kit is designed to provide educators with tools for conducting sensitive and meaningful conversations around Memorial Day, through personal acquaintance with the stories of the fallen, examination of values that give meaning to remembrance, and a personal call to a life of responsibility, hope, and fulfillment.

Educational kit commemorating the events of October 7

A unique training kit that provides educators with advanced tools for navigating complex and sensitive conversations on the anniversary of the October 7 attack. The kit enables meaningful classroom activities through respectful commemoration of the victims, learning about acts of heroism from all sectors of Israeli society, leading discussions and listening among participants, and encouraging action to build a renewed alliance of destiny and purpose in today's Israeli society.

The Journey to the Dream Seminar

An in-depth seminar accompanying an exhibition focusing on the Zionist story of the immigration of Ethiopian Jewry – a journey of courage, hope, and aspiration for Zion. The seminar combines in-depth processes and experiential learning with the exploration of different perspectives, leading to the development of a personal commitment to the Zionist heritage and the strength of the Jewish people. Includes an impressive and unique traveling exhibition.

Seminar on the Declaration of Independence"

An experiential and topical seminar dealing with the Declaration of Independence, the controversies surrounding its writing, the values underlying it, and their significance today – with the aim of connecting young people to the vision of the state, encouraging critical thinking and civic engagement to strengthen democracy and society in Israel.

Seminar for Newly Bar mitzvah'd Boys

A seminar dealing with adolescence, the significance of the bar/bat mitzvah in Jewish tradition and the participants' personal connection to it, and the choice to take responsibility as part of the process of growing up. The seminar includes classroom ODT activities.

Identity Card Seminar

A seminar dealing with the meaning of personal and national identity, examining its various components and forming a personal attitude toward them, with the aim of promoting a society that embraces and respects a diversity of identities. *A graffiti workshop on the topic of identity and symbols can be added at an additional cost.

A seminar dealing with the value of Zionism: its roots, its personal and social significance today, and ways to achieve it.

A seminar dealing with motivations for enlistment, the image of the IDF as the people's army, and ethical dilemmas in military service – while examining the value of defense and the significance of participating in the army from a personal and social perspective.

Tour from vision to reality in Tel Aviv

On a tour of Tel Aviv, we will learn about Herzl's Zionist vision through the story of the city's founding. We will learn about the values upon which the city was built, the dilemmas its founders faced, and discuss their relevance today.

Slichot Tour in Jerusalem

On a night tour of Jerusalem, we will ask the following questions: What is the origin of the custom of Selichot? What is the significance of repairing humanity and the world in Jewish history? What is my connection to repair—between people and places, between people and their neighbors, and between myself and myself? How can we repair things in our time?

Tour of the Kinneret courtyard

A fun and interactive tour of Kinneret Farm, following the dreams and ideals of the pioneers of the Second Aliyah – a fascinating journey connecting the beginnings of Zionism to the Israeli vision of today.

Tour of the northern border

A tour of northern Israel that includes visits to Kiryat Shmona and Tel Hai and focuses on the story of Zionist settlement, experiences of war, and reconstruction processes, with in-depth discussions on topics such as life in the periphery, the role of the community, and active democracy on the northern front. There is an option to meet with local activists.
