השתלמויות צוות

בשנים האחרונות החברה הישראלית עוברת טלטלה עמוקה, המאיימת על יסודות הדמוקרטיה, על הלכידות החברתית ועל אמון הציבור במוסדות המדינה. דווקא בעת הזו, כשהמציאות מלווה באי-ודאות ובקולות של ייאוש, עלינו אנשי ונשות המקצוע להגביר את התקווה. עלינו מוטלת המשימה לחזק את החוסן הקהילתי ולשמש ככוח מעצב של דור צעיר – לא רק כיחידים מצליחים, אלא כחברה מחויבת, ציונית, דמוקרטית וערכית.

מתוך תפיסה הרואה בחינוך בסיס ללכידות חברתית, חיזוק הממלכתיות וצמיחה אזרחית משותפת – "המעורר" מזמין אתכן ואתכם, אנשי וצוותי החינוך והקהילה, להשתתף בהכשרות מקצועיות לחיזוק החינוך הערכי-דמוקרטי ולהובלת תהליכים משמעותיים בבתי הספר, בקהילה, במרחבים בלתי פורמליים ובמרחבים נוספים.

תוכניות ההכשרה נושאות אופי מודולרי ונפרשות החל מרצף הכשרה קצר מועד ועד לליווי שנתי. ההכשרות נבנות בהתאמה לצורכי הארגון. ההכשרה נבנית כמסע הוליסטי לפיתוח תפיסה חינוכית רחבה – במטרה לעצב קהילת למידה חיה של מחנכות ומחנכים שותפים, המטפחת תרבות דמוקרטית ומעורבות חברתית.

The sessions combine educational theory, practical tools, and transformative learning experiences. The goal is to develop professional skills for leading meaningful change while cultivating the skills of sensitive dialogue facilitation, group management, and ethical leadership.

“Right to Shout” tour in Tel Aviv

An educational tour tracing the history of Israeli democracy. On this tour, we will learn about the vision of the Declaration of Independence and examine the gap between it and our present day. We will encounter the struggles and burning issues that have taken place on the streets of Tel Aviv over the years. We will examine the limits of democracy and the limits of protest and freedom of expression and the dangers that lurk, and we will conclude with a call to be the guardians of democracy in Israel in our daily lives.
