"All in Voice" training kit to mark International Women's Day (March 8)

לקראת יום הנשים הבין לאומי, ה-8.3, יצרנו את ערכת ההדרכה "הכל בקול".

הערכה מתמקדת בסיפור ההיסטורי הנשכח של המאבק לזכות ההצבעה לנשים בארץ ישראל – בחשיבותם של קולות שונים ובמאבק למען השמעת הקול.

במפגש נעבור דרך מגוון פעילויות – קלפי שיח בנושא הקושי להשמיע קול, כרזה מפעילה המספרת את מאבקן של נשים לזכות ההצבעה, חידון אינטראקטיבי, פוסטרים המפגישים עם מאבקים עכשוויים לייצוג נשים וכן תוצר קבוצתי בנושא “כל קול חשוב”.

הערכה מאפשרת לפתוח שיח על שוויון מגדרי ועל חשיבות הקול של כל אחת ואחד.

את הערכה מלווה ספרון המלצות למורה: “חינוך מודע מגדר”, לקידום שוויון מגדרי.

ניתן לשלב את הערכה עם הדרכה מקצועית של מדריכות “לגעת בזה”, עם הרצאה בנושא מגדר ושוויון או עם פאנל נשים מקדמות שוויון.

אנשי ונשות חינוך נפגשות עם סוגיות הנוגעות למגדר ולמיניות ללא הרף בעבודתן המקצועית. אלה מרכיבים אינטגרליים בזהות של אדם ומשתנים משמעותיים ביכולתו להתפתח באופן מיטבי. תהליכים אלה, שביכולתם להיות מהנים ובעלי משמעות רבה, מעצבים היבטים נרחבים בחיי הילדות.ים והנוער ומשפיעים על מצבן.ם הנפשי, הבין-אישי ואף האקדמי. פעמים רבות לא חוסר הרצון הוא שמונע מנשות ואנשי חינוך לגשת לתכנים אלה, כי אם המבוכה והחשש. אנו מציעות מספר תכנים ודרכים לגשת לסוגיות אלה בצוותים החינוכיים וכן בקרב ההורים והקהילה. מפגשי ההשתלמות משלבים למידה חווייתית, ידע אקדמי, ידע מעשי וכלים יישומיים.

Mentoring Program – Sexual and Gender Education

A mentoring program that includes specialized training for teachers. The program will combine: training in sexual and gender education mentoring for educators, professional facilitators from Lagaat Be-Zeh who will deliver professional content, and plenary sessions for the entire teaching staff.

A series of six to two sessions designed to provide children and adolescents with basic concepts and tools for discussing a variety of topics related to sexuality and gender. In these sessions, we will assist children and adolescents in navigating the complexities of sexual life with wisdom and sensitivity, while listening to themselves. The sessions are tailored to different age groups.
