The educational journey creates an informal and dialogical space that enables a deep and meaningful experience. The connection between the content, the method, the social encounter, and the country's trails creates a holistic and interdisciplinary experience. Such an experience allows participants to undergo an educational process and acquire a value system that serves as a tool for dealing with everyday dilemmas in our country. We will meet inspiring figures and learn about various challenges from the past and present. These experiences will be linked to dilemmas relevant to the students and to questions of existence in Israeli society, especially regarding democracy and internal disputes within it. The journey places the participants and our reality on the longitudinal axis of the Jewish people and the transverse axis of Israeli society, thereby helping to strengthen their identity and responsibility for preserving the State of Israel as a Jewish and democratic state. The journey allows participants to break out of their routine and connect with a place, a story, values, and identity, transforming the landscape into a living, talking textbook. These journeys last between one and six days and are tailored to different age groups and diverse educational goals.
The educational tour offers a concentrated and powerful one-day experience, providing a direct encounter with places, stories, and people. Through the tour, participants encounter the social and ethical complexity of Israel and grapple with questions of identity, values, and civic responsibility. These tours can take place in various regions of the country and are tailored to topics such as democracy, Zionism, Holocaust remembrance and heroism, multiculturalism, coexistence, and more.
The seminar is a one-day activity held at the school, offering in-depth focus on a values-based or social topic. During the seminar, students participate in a variety of structured activities: lectures, workshops, discussions, and experiential and hands-on methods – enabling meaningful engagement with the chosen topic. The seminar creates a kind of "educational bubble" within the school environment, allowing students to temporarily disconnect from their routine in favor of a deep and meaningful learning process.
Peak Days are educational events in which students transform from participants to leaders and educators. During these days, students create educational products and open the school to the wider community, leading the educational process themselves. Peak Days are an opportunity for students to express the knowledge, insights, and values they have acquired during the learning process and make them meaningful to a wider audience. This activity strengthens students' sense of competence and responsibility and enhances the connection between the school, parents, and the community.
The Amitim program trains leadership groups and social leaders to take responsibility and lead change in their communities. Through an in-depth training process, participants acquire knowledge, tools, and skills to lead educational and social processes themselves, and develop an identity of ethical and responsible leadership. These programs create expanding circles of influence and enable the long-term implementation of meaningful processes in schools and communities.
Training kits are comprehensive educational tools that enable educators to guide values-based processes on their own. Each kit includes detailed activity plans, learning materials, educational aids, and instructions. The kits are built around key values-based topics and are designed to allow each educator to tailor the content and approach to the group they are leading.
