Educational Team Training

In recent years, Israeli society has undergone profound upheaval, threatening the foundations of democracy, social cohesion, and public trust in state institutions. Precisely at this time, when reality is accompanied by uncertainty and voices of despair, we, as professionals, must increase hope. We have a duty to strengthen community resilience and serve as a formative force for the younger generation—not only as successful individuals, but as a committed, Zionist, democratic, and values-driven society.

Based on the belief that education is the foundation for social cohesion, strengthening statehood, and shared civic growth, HaMeorer invites you, educators and community members, to participate in professional training courses designed to strengthen democratic values education and lead meaningful processes in schools, communities, informal settings, and other spaces.

The training programs are modular in nature and range from short-term training sequences to year-long support. The training programs are tailored to the needs of the organization. The training is designed as a holistic journey to develop a broad educational concept, with the aim of creating a vibrant learning community of educators and partners that fosters a culture of democracy and social involvement.

The sessions combine educational theory, practical tools, and transformative learning experiences. The goal is to develop professional skills for leading meaningful change while cultivating the skills of sensitive dialogue facilitation, group management, and ethical leadership.

The training process seeks to strengthen organizations from within – to establish a common educational language, to imbue educational activities with meaning, and to shape a shared professional vision for relevant, meaningful, and profound work.
