Theater workshop for educators

An experiential workshop based on theater and improvisation tools, enabling educational teams to process real-life dilemmas, imagine new ways of responding, and strengthen creativity, empathy, and cooperation as a basis for optimal educational practice.

Mentoring Program – Sexual and Gender Education

A mentoring program that includes specialized training for teachers. The program will combine: training in sexual and gender education mentoring for educators, professional facilitators from Lagaat Be-Zeh who will deliver professional content, and plenary sessions for the entire teaching staff.

"All in Voice" training kit to mark International Women's Day (March 8)

The All in Voice kit invites you to mark International Women's Day. In this kit, we will shed light on the forgotten story of the struggle for women's suffrage in Israel, delve into the importance of personal voice, and learn about historical and contemporary struggles for women's representation. The kit contains: a teaching plan, classroom displays, awareness-raising posters, a guide to promoting gender-aware education, and more.

Graffiti workshop – canvas bags

In this colorful and creative workshop, participants design a personal stencil of their choice and learn how to easily and stylishly transfer it onto a canvas bag. With guidance, they learn simple but impressive techniques, spray, design, and create a useful item that expresses each participant's personality, taste, and talent. At the end of the workshop, everyone leaves with a one-of-a-kind bag.

We came to climb – an experiential workshop for team building

An experiential team-building activity for the group, during which fun and challenging competitions will be held between the teams, including thinking, creativity, and cooperation tasks, as well as "Israeli Championship in a Minute" challenges, with the aim of strengthening the sense of belonging, allowing for personal expression, and building a positive social foundation for the coming year.

Tour of the northern border

A tour of northern Israel that includes visits to Kiryat Shmona and Tel Hai and focuses on the history of Zionist settlement, experiences of war, and reconstruction processes, with in-depth discussions on topics such as life in the periphery, the role of the community, and active democracy on the northern front. Includes a meeting with local activists.

“Right to Shout” tour in Tel Aviv

An educational tour tracing the history of Israeli democracy. On this tour, we will learn about the vision of the Declaration of Independence and examine the gap between it and our present day. We will encounter the struggles and burning issues that have taken place on the streets of Tel Aviv over the years. We will examine the limits of democracy and the limits of protest and freedom of expression and the dangers that lurk, and we will conclude with a call to be the guardians of democracy in Israel in our daily lives. Points of interest along the tour route: Rabin Square, Habima, Rothschild Boulevard, Kidnapped Soldiers Square, Gan Meir Park, Kaplan.

In this lecture, we will examine how we understand racism, persecution, and violence. Drawing on the memory of the Holocaust, we will propose principles and tools for humanistic education—one that does not deny the existence of anti-Semitism, but also does not become trapped within it.

We will discuss Jewish life in Europe before the Holocaust and the heroism of Jewish resistance during the Holocaust. We will delve into the story of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising as an act of courageous Jewish resistance, and connect the values of rebellion and hope to social action and justice in our own time.

Tour of the Western Negev (Takuma, Reim, Sderot) – Flagship Program

A tour of the south focusing on memory, resilience, and heroism since October 7, alongside a historical perspective on life in the Negev, addressing the dilemmas of shaping memory, community resilience, and the future of the region, while connecting personally and values-wise to the lives of the participants and their role in Israeli society. There is an option to meet with local activists.

3.5-6 hours, depending on the stations chosen

ODT Outdor - Flagship Program

A team-building and exciting activity that reveals the leadership strengths within the group. During the activity, participants will pass through a number of stations and learn to cooperate in order to successfully complete the challenging tasks. Participants will lead each other and learn to work together as a group to overcome the challenges they encounter along the way.
