Youth Training - Peers

The Amitim program trains leadership groups and social leaders to take responsibility and lead change in their communities. Through an in-depth training process, participants acquire knowledge, tools, and skills to lead educational and social processes themselves, and develop an identity of ethical and responsible leadership. These programs create expanding circles of influence and enable the long-term implementation of meaningful processes in schools and communities.

כלים מעשיים לבניית נוכחות מדריך מול קבוצה: סביבה, קול, תנועה, מבט, ביטוי והופעה. המשתתפים מתנסים בכל אחד מהמרכיבים דרך משימות וסימולציות, ומתחילים לפתח מודעות לשפת הגוף וההדרכה שלהם.

Peers – Democracy

The change will begin with young people – training a leadership group to teach a peer class at school to mark the anniversary of Yitzhak Rabin's assassination, including a discussion on the values of democracy, ways of dealing with disputes, violence, and disagreement, and the connection between mutual responsibility, solidarity, and personal responsibility to the reality of young people's lives today. Training Kit | Choose Good

A dynamic and diverse training kit for educators and instructors that guides participants through ethical and moral dilemmas from the Holocaust era and focuses on the inspiring stories of the Righteous Among the Nations.Students step into the shoes of ordinary people who had to decide whether to cooperate, ignore, or help, and are asked what it takes to go against the tide and choose good.

Peers | Holocaust Remembrance Day

Training process for a leadership group to prepare and deliver an inspiring lesson based on stories of resistance and rebellion during the Holocaust, inviting school students to ask themselves what it is right to rebel against today in order to create a better world.
