Through a visit to the Carmel Fire Disaster Memorial, we traced the actions of the security forces during the event – stories of heroism and courage, and difficult dilemmas in exercising judgment. We asked what factors influence our judgment as police officers and what role values play in that judgment.
We will learn about the heroic story of the late Deputy Commissioner Lior Boker, who was killed while performing his duties in an attempt to save lives at the cost of his own, and we will discuss the values that can be learned from this story of heroism. It is also possible to arrange a meeting with a bereaved family member.

Visit to the Druze Memorial and learning about the story of the heroism and death of Sergeant Major Zidan Seif, may his memory be blessed.
Advanced Sergeant Zidan Seif fell in battle with terrorists in Jerusalem in 2014 while charging forward. Through Zidan's heroic story, we will discuss the sense of mission among police officers.
