Mission across generations

Through exemplary figures from Jewish history and figures from the participants' personal lives, we will ask ourselves: What is my mission? How does it relate to my tradition and roots? What mission am I continuing, and what is my unique contribution to the chain of generations? The workshop is suitable for inclusion in a journey, after visiting heritage sites.

Who is a hero?

In this workshop, we will explore the meaning of the concept of "courage" through stories of civilian and military heroism from October 7, and through passages from Jewish and philosophical thought. We will ask ourselves what constitutes courage, what is the connection between courage and values and faith, and how courage can be expressed in the unit's activities and in the participants' roles.
