Tour of Tel Aviv–Jaffa following the historic decisions of Zionist leaders. We will engage in complex discourse at the national level and formulate a leadership vision for mid-level commanders. During the tour, we will learn how disputes have shaped Israeli society over the years and examine the dilemmas of decision-making and taking a stand in the midst of controversy. We will conclude the tour with a workshop on "State Leadership in a Diverse Society" to acquire ethical and professional tools for creating a unifying discourse and deepening our sense of mission.
