The "My Story" workshop is a personal values workshop that invites commanders to revisit key moments in their lives, identify the values and roots that guide their actions, and understand how they can bring more of their ”self" to their command role—in a conscious, responsible, and beneficial way.

In the workshop, participants go through key stages in their life stories: people who influenced them, events in their immediate and wider environment, successes and failures, people who believed in them, and friends who supported them. They connect all of these to their characteristics as commanders and learn how to describe themselves as commanders through these stories.

In addition, participants will practice how to express themselves personally when dealing with various command situations.
