במהלך הסיור נעסוק בהיכרות עם אוכלוסיות מגוונות, נלמד כיצד מחלוקות עיצבו את העם היהודי ואת החברה הישראלית לאורך השנים, ונבחן דילמות של קבלת החלטות ונקיטת עמדה בתוך מחלוקת. הסיור משלב דיון ערכי על גבולות השיח, חופש ביטוי, פריפריה חברתית, יחסי דת ומדינה וזהות לאומית – תוך תרגול של שיח מכיל בין עמדות שונות. נלווה את השיח בדילמות פיקודיות מחיי היחידה שמתאימות למחלוקות השונות ונשאל כיצד על המפקד להתמודד עם אלו. נסיים את הסיור בסדנת "פיקוד ממלכתי בחברה מגוונת" כדי לרכוש כלים ערכיים ומקצועיים ליצירת שיח מלכד ולהעמקת תחושת השליחות.

• Sapra Square: The Black Panthers protest, economic disparities, a "backyard" within society, the cultural melting pot dilemma.

• Shabbat Square / Strauss Street: The ultra-Orthodox community in Jerusalem, the issue of Shabbat, ways to resolve disputes in a democratic society.
