ההרצאה חושפת את המשתתפים למנהיגות של אנשים צעירים בתקופות משבר בהיסטוריה היהודית – מתקופת השואה ועד אירועי ה-7 באוקטובר. דרך סיפורים אלה נחשפים המשתתפים למודלים של מנהיגות בעתות משבר, לעיצוב זהות מנהיגותית אישית ולפיתוח חוסן אישי וקבוצתי.

הרצאה מציגה מנהיגות חינוכית במצבי משבר קיצוניים כמעבדה חיה ללמידה ניהולית מתוך ההתמודדות של מערכת החינוך בכפר עזה לאחר אירועי 7.10. נבחנים אתגרי ניהול במציאות של חוסר ודאות, עומס רגשי והיעדר “ספר הוראות”.
