Observation and tour of Gilboa  "Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit..." (Zechariah 4:6)

At this station, we will ascend to the observation point at Ktav Shaul. There we will encounter the figure of Judge Gideon ben Yoash, who fought and defeated the Midianites, and through the issue of the "licking test" we will explore the following topics:

What is the specific weight of the sense of mission with which soldiers go into battle? To what extent do such valuable components contribute to the strength and cohesion of power, and how can they be developed?

Tour of Pioneering Dilemmas at the Settlement Museum in Kfar Tavor

By moving between the stations and characters in the Settlement Museum in Kfar Tavor, we will embark on a journey through time following the realization of the Zionist dream. During the tour, we will explore the dilemmas faced by pioneers and inspiring leaders such as Yigal Allon and Rabbi Kook, and examine how their decisions are relevant to the role of the police today, in the State of Israel in 2020. There, where the Hashomer organization was founded, we will return to the dilemmas of protecting our homes and society and ask what the challenges of protecting society are today, and how these challenges are reflected in police service.

Through an experiential tour and interactive stations in the reconstructed camp, we will delve into issues such as finding a home, taking responsibility for building it, and choosing to return and immigrate to Israel. By encountering the dilemmas faced by the immigrants and the choices they made, we will expand our understanding of the significance of immigration to Israel and understand our role today in absorbing immigrants to Israel.

Tour of the Carmel in the footsteps of mission and heroism

Visit to the Carmel Fire Disaster Memorial. During the tour, we will trace the actions of the security forces during the event – stories of heroism and courage, and difficult dilemmas in exercising judgment. We will learn about the heroism of those who fell in the disaster and discuss what gives people the strength to choose to serve and protect, even at the cost of their lives. We will visit the Druze Youth Center, the first Druze pre-military academy in Israel.

Visit to the Palmach House and a challenging workshop in Hayarkon Park. During the tour, we will explore the "spirit of the Palmach" and its relevance to the Israel Police today.
