Training for young instructors

Advanced training workshop for teams guides Combining playful methods, developing training skills, and standing confidently in front of a group. Through experiential encounters and practical experiences, participants acquire effective tools for improving their training skills and develop the ability to train and understand their trainees. Training specially tailored to the challenges of working with children and youth groups and to success during the summer season.
Target audience: 10th–12th graders and adults

Sources of Power in the Guide
An educational workshop in which participants learn how toguides Motivate and lead a group of trainees. Participants acquire tools and methods for influencing and establishing authority as educators.
Multiple intelligences
An experiential workshop in which participants learn different ways to guide a group of trainees who use different types of intelligence. Participants experiment with a wide range of methods and expand their world of imagery with the ability to guide in different and varied ways.
Standing in front of a group
An enjoyable workshop in which participants acquire tools and experience standing in front of a group. Participants learn what is important to pay attention to and how to attract and increase the attention of the group or audience in front of them.
Game theory
An experiential workshop in which participants learn about and try out different games and learn what games can offer a group.
