מתווה שבוע מסע

• יום 1: למה חקלאות? – הגעה לקיבוץ והתמקמות בו, שיחת פתיחה לשבוע העבודה. ניתן להוסיף פאנל עם חקלאים בנושא אתגרי החקלאות היום.
• יום 2: הקיבוץ ואתגרי השיתוף – בבוקר עבודה חקלאית, אחר הצהריים סיור בקיבוץ רביד להיכרות עם רעיון הקיבוץ השיתופי.
• יום 3: ציונות והתיישבות – בבוקר עבודה חקלאית, אחר הצהריים פעילות בנושא התיישבות ציונית: בין רעיונות חלוציים לעבודת השדה.
• יום 4: ציונות אז והיום – בבוקר עבודה חקלאית, בערב שיחת סיכום מסע הקושרת בין החוויה במסע לבין הגשמת הציונות היום. כולל טקס סיום לסיכום המסע.

ניתן להוסיף יום 5 למסע שיכלול סיור באתר מורשת: חצר כנרת / מחנה המעפילים בעתלית / בית חנה סנש.

Tour stops:

• “בארץ ישראל קם העם היהודי” – נקודת פתיחה ליד פסיפס “תל אביב הקטנה”, בחינת הקשרים שבין הזהות היהודית בת אלפי השנים להקמת מדינת ישראל. 
• “הגשמת שאיפת הדורות לגאולת ישראל” – בית כנסת אוהל מועד: בנקודה זו נשוחח על הרצף שבין מסורת להתחדשות ובין ריבוי זהויות לאחדות, הנטועים בלב החיים הציבוריים בישראל. 
• “תהא פתוחה לעלייה יהודית ולקיבוץ גלויות” – כיכר המייסדים: תל אביב מימי הקמתה היוותה מרחב מפגש בין עולים ממגוון גלויות. במרחב זה נדון במפגש הגלויות על המתחים שבו וכן על הפוטנציאל שטמון בו.
• "לפיכך נתכנסנו" – פסל דיזינגוף: סיפור הכרזת העצמאות.
• “גם בתוך התקפת הדמים” – מוזיאון ההגנה: מוזיאון ההגנה, הממוקם במפקדת ההגנה, מביא עימו את הייחודיות שבהגנה העברית ואת חשיבות ערך ההגנה בקיום מדינה – ניתן לקיים הדרכה קצרה מחוץ למוזיאון או להיכנס להדרכה של שעה בתוך המוזיאון (בתוספת תשלום על הכניסה).
• “תקיים שוויון זכויות חברתי ומדיני גמור” – כיכר רבין: הדמוקרטיה כערך בחזון הציוני ואת אתגרי הגשמתו של ערך זה היום.
• “אנו קוראים אל העם היהודי להתלכד” – כיכר החטופים: סולידריות וערבות כמרכיב יסודי במדינת ישראל.
• "אנו מכריזים בזאת" – סיכום קבוצתי וחתימה על מגילת עצמאות כיתתית.

Objectives:

• Deepening understanding of the Zionist idea through learning about seminal stories in Jewish and Zionist history, and clarifying the place of this idea in the lives of students.
• Strengthening personal and social ties to Jerusalem as a center of identity, hope, and encounter for the Jewish people.
• Exposure to models of leadership, responsibility, and personal example.

Part I – The Castel Site:
We will learn about the battles to open the besieged road to the city and address questions such as: What did Jerusalem mean to the fighters at that time? What price were they willing to pay to gain access to it? And what is the responsibility of those who lead others? Along the route, there will be experiential ODT stations, at each of which the students will face tasks involving decision-making, teamwork, leadership under pressure, and seeing the other side. Through physical experience, we will create a connection between the story of the commanders and fighters at Castel and questions of personal and group leadership in the lives of today's students.

Part II – Mount Herzl:
Introduction to Herzl and the Zionist vision.
Then select 3 of the following stations:

• The Great Leaders of the Nation – On leadership and leaders, with an emphasis on the figure of Yitzhak Rabin.
• Hannah Szenes and the Yishuv Paratroopers – On the choice of a girl their age to fulfill Zionism in her personal life.
• Ma'apili Aguz – The Story of the Immigrants from Morocco.
• Monument to the Jewish soldier in the Red Army.
• Sudan Memorial – The Story of Immigration from Ethiopia.
• Last Descendant – The story of Holocaust survivors who immigrated to Israel and fell in the War of Independence, the last descendants of their families.
• Visit to the plots at the military cemetery – discussion about the value of defense through stories of the fallen.

החברה הישראלית נלחמת בנחישות כדי להגן על קיומה, במחירים כבדים וכואבים מאוד.

בפעילות "חיים לאורם":

• נכיר סיפורים של נופלים מהמלחמה האחרונה, נעמיק בדמותם ובערכים לאורם חיו ולמענם שילמו בחייהם.
• נברר מהו "צו העשה" שהורידו לנו אותם נופלים, אילו ערכים ומסרים נרצה לקחת מחייהם לחיינו שלנו, ולחיות לאורם?
• נכתוב מכתבים למשפחות הנופלים ונספר כיצד נגעו בנו סיפוריהם.
• ננסה לזקק מסר של תקווה משותפת: מאמץ לבנות חברה טובה, לזכור את הנופלים דרך המשך של האור שהקרינו בחייהם.

*מה נדרש לפעילות: כיתה ואמצעי הקרנה, אחריות של צוות המוסד לשליחת המכתבים למשפחות לאחר הפעילות.

הפוסט ערכת הדרכה "חיים לאורם" ליום הזיכרון לחללי מערכות ישראל הופיע לראשונה ב-המעורר.

יצרנו עבורכם ערכת פעילות למחנכים ומדריכים במטרה לתת כלים להנחות שיח מורכב זה עם מגוון מתודות נגישות. בפעילות נשוחח על השבר, נקדיש רגעים של כבוד וזיכרון לנרצחים, נכיר סיפורי גבורה שהתגלו ונייצר תוצר כיתתי משותף.

הפעילות משלבת מצגת, איורים, כרטיסיות, דיון קבוצתי ותוצר כיתתי סיכומי.

Objectives:

• יצירת מרחב משמעותי ומכבד לציון יום השנה ל־7.10
• הכרה באסון ובכאב כמו גם במעשי ההצלה והגבורה כנוגעים לכלל החברה הישראלית, על כל חלקיה וקהילותיה
• חיזוק תחושת השותפות הברית וחיבור בין חלקי החברה הישראלית
• עידוד לקיחת אחריות לעיצוב מציאות חברתית משותפת

מבנה הפעילות:

• התייחדות וזיכרון – הכרות עם סיפוריהם של הנרצחים, כתיבת דפי הנצחה, ושיח אישי על תחושות וזיכרונות מהיום ההוא.
• ברית גורל – מפגש עם דמויות שפעלו בגבורה להצלת חיים, שיח על כוחות נפש, סולידריות וזהות ישראלית משותפת.
• ברית ייעוד – חשיבה על לקיחת אחריות אישית וחברתית, ניסוח ערכים משותפים ופעולות לחיזוק החברה גם בשגרה.

הפוסט ערכת הדרכה לציון יום הזיכרון לאירועי השבעה באוקטובר הופיע לראשונה ב-המעורר.

התלמידים נחשפים לסיפור ההיסטורי-חברתי דרך תמונות, קטעי עדות, מפות, ביוגרפיות ודימויים חזותיים רבי-עוצמה – המזמינים להזדהות, להקשבה וללמידה. הפעילות כוללת הנחיה מלווה, דיון מונחה ושאלות חשיבה המתמקדות בזהות, קהילה, נאמנות לחלום, התמודדות עם משבר, גזענות, ושייכות.

This is a profound educational tool for strengthening the sense of familiarity and partnership within Israeli society, while giving pride of place to the Ethiopian community and its unique story as an integral part of the entire Zionist narrative.

Seminar objectives:

• Exposure and recognition of the story of the immigration of Ethiopian Jews
• Strengthening familiarity and identification with different communities in Israeli society
• Engaging with identity, belonging, and Zionist values of determination, mutual responsibility, and accountability
• Creating intergenerational and community dialogue around heritage, dreams, and the struggle for equality

Seminar objectives:

• To familiarize students with the Declaration of Independence, its content, and the principles it represents.
• Learning through the story of the writing of the Megillah about the ability to tolerate disagreement within a stratified and diverse society.
• Examining today's reality through the values embodied in the Megillah and clarifying our role today in light of its vision.

Seminar structure:

The seminar consists of a single workshop comprising three stages: familiarization with the circumstances surrounding the declaration and the disputes among the drafters of the Magilla; clarification of key principles from the Magilla and comparison with values that are important to students today; and a concluding discussion – how each person can, in their own way, renew the civil covenant and become part of the legacy of the founders of the state.

Seminar structure:

Lesson 1: The meaning of Bar/Bat Mitzvah – Exploring the concept of adulthood and its meaning for the students, and the significance of the Bar/Bat Mitzvah ceremony in Judaism.

Lesson 2: Outdoor activity simulating the challenges of adulthood, in which participants will be required to cooperate, take responsibility, and communicate.

Lesson 3: Judaism, Mitzvot, and Me – A lesson dealing with Jewish values and their connection to the students' daily lives. The activity concludes with a personal ceremony in which each student chooses a mitzvah or value that will accompany him or her throughout the year of mitzvot.

The Identity Seminar offers students an opportunity for meaningful introspection during adolescence: Who am I? What constitutes my identity? What is my connection to Israeli society? Through a variety of activities, games, surveys, and videos, participants are asked to define, choose, and challenge the components of their identity, understand the complexity of Israeli identity, recognize the advantages of a diverse society, and discover ways to connect between different Israelis.

A graffiti workshop on the topic of identity and symbols can be added at an additional cost.

Seminar objectives:

• A shared conceptualization of the term 'identity' and a personal examination of the components of each of our identities.
• Understanding that identity has innate and chosen components, and that we can shape our relationship to these components and thereby form our identity.
• Thinking together about how to promote a society that has room for a variety of identities, both at the level of Israeli society and at the level of our school community.

Seminar structure:

Lesson 1: My Identity – The concept of "identity," the components of my personal identity and their meaning to me, discussion of how personal identity is formed – what is predetermined and what is chosen?

Lesson 2: Israeli Identity – What does being Israeli mean to me, and is it something I was born with or something I chose? Looking at the range of identities under the umbrella of Israeli identity as an advantage and a potential for richness, not just for conflict, and figuring out ways to bring that potential to life.
