Its goal is to strengthen cohesion, create open dialogue within the unit, and place reserve service in a broader context of values such as mission, resilience, and social partnership.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-rtl align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">The activity is conducted in an informal, respectful, and accepting atmosphere, with an emphasis on providing a platform for the volunteers to share, unburden themselves, and recharge. The main focus is to view this meeting as an opportunity for connection, recognition, and appreciation\u2014and to reinforce the feeling that their mission carries deep national value.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-rtl align-justify para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">The activity consists of two parts:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-rtl align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-underline text-strikethrough-none\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Part I \u2013 The Challenge of Cohesion<\/span>:<\/span><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-strikethrough-none text-decoration-none\"> A set of experiential games that lead to discussions about group dynamics, trust, frustration, and cooperation. Each activity reveals a different aspect of group functioning and leads to discussions about situations encountered in shared service.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-rtl align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-underline text-strikethrough-none\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u05d7\u05dc\u05e7 \u05d1' \u2013 \u05d1\u05d7\u05d9\u05e8\u05d4 \u05d1\u05d9\u05df \u05d0\u05e8\u05d1\u05e2 \u05d0\u05e4\u05e9\u05e8\u05d5\u05d9\u05d5\u05ea<\/span>:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-underline text-strikethrough-none\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">National resilience and reserves<\/span>:<\/span><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-strikethrough-none text-decoration-none\"> A game that simulates the components of Israeli society's resilience and raises for discussion the unique role of the reserve forces in creating national cohesion. This is followed by a guided discussion on concepts of resilience (guarantees, hope, meaning, flexibility, etc.) and ways to strengthen it.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-underline text-strikethrough-none\">Transitions<\/span><\/span><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-strikethrough-none text-decoration-none\">: Activities dealing with the transition from reserve duty to routine life: home, relationships, children, and work.
