The pedagogy of \"HaMeorer\" is based on creating meaningful experiences that connect participants to values, emphasizing dialogue, educational encounters, and diverse experiences that combine personal and social challenges. Its goal is to motivate participants to practice critical thinking, form opinions, and become active partners in social and educational processes, while maintaining a connection between the topics discussed and their daily lives. The session is led jointly by the teacher\/commander\/manager and the instructor, who serve as educational figures who create a key experience for the participants. Learning is based on action that bridges the gap between vision and practice.<\/div>
Each process is developed in partnership with the organization or group, defining goals, target audience, and educational context. The educational journey creates an informal and dialogical space that enables a deep and meaningful experience. The connection between the content, the method, the social encounter, and the country's trails creates a holistic and interdisciplinary experience. Such an experience allows participants to undergo an educational process and acquire a value system that serves as a tool for dealing with everyday dilemmas in our country. We will meet inspiring figures and learn about various challenges from the past and present. These experiences will be linked to dilemmas relevant to the students and to questions of existence in Israeli society, especially regarding democracy and internal disputes within it. The journey places the participants and our reality on the longitudinal axis of the Jewish people and the transverse axis of Israeli society, thereby helping to strengthen their identity and responsibility for preserving the State of Israel as a Jewish and democratic state. The journey allows participants to break out of their routine and connect with a place, a story, values, and identity, transforming the landscape into a living, talking textbook. These journeys last between one and six days and are tailored to different age groups and diverse educational goals.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The seminar is a one-day activity held at the school, offering in-depth focus on a values-based or social topic. Peak Days are educational events in which students transform from participants to leaders and educators. During these days, students create educational products and open the school to the wider community, leading the educational process themselves. Peak Days are an opportunity for students to express the knowledge, insights, and values they have acquired during the learning process and make them meaningful to a wider audience. The Amitim program trains leadership groups and social leaders to take responsibility and lead change in their communities. Through an in-depth training process, participants acquire knowledge, tools, and skills to lead educational and social processes themselves, and develop an identity of ethical and responsible leadership.
