Based on our belief in the educational role of public systems, which strengthen community resilience and the connection between communities and state and national institutions, we offer professional consulting services to administrators, educational staff, youth units, and informal educational organizations.<\/span><\/p>

Managing educational and community teams holds real potential for change, growth, and hope. Alongside this potential, managers face many challenges\u2014conflicting expectations, tensions between values and practices, interpersonal challenges within the professional team, and a sense of burnout.<\/span><\/p>

At this time, additional complex layers were added to the challenges facing the administration: two years of intense conflict, sharp fluctuations between despair and hope, and crises of confidence in state institutions and the value of statehood.<\/span><\/p>

Recognizing all of this, the consulting processes are aimed at driving hope-oriented renewal processes in complex educational systems. Translating values into organizational routines and goals into educational practice.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

What does the consulting process involve? <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

During the consulting process, we will formulate value-based goals, define measurable objectives, and establish work procedures that transform challenges into an action plan that brings about change. The goal is to develop strong leadership and cohesive teams.<\/span><\/p>

The process will focus on formulating a strategic and managerial work plan. A clear multi-year work plan (\"One Pager\") that includes a focused organizational vision, a value-based goal, measurable objectives (KPIs), success metrics, regularity, role definitions, and a schedule.<\/span><\/p>

As part of the consulting process, we will develop a practical pedagogical toolkit focused on developing a collaborative and informal management culture. We will introduce and train participants in management tools such as: dialogical management, constructive conflict, trust-based partnership, gamification as an educational-management tool, and more.<\/span><\/p>
