]]> מסע ייחודי זה ללב הקהילות היהודיות בתפוצות נולד כמענה אסטרטגי לאתגרי השעה במדינת ישראל, תחת מציאות הלחימה המתמשכת מאז ה-7 באוקטובר. המשלחת, המיועדת לארגונים ולקבוצות מבוגרים, מזמינה את המשתתפים לצאת למשימה של מפגש בלתי אמצעי עם סוגיות של זהות יהודית, חוסן קהילתי ומאבק באנטישמיות המודרנית במאה ה-21.

מטרת המסע היא להציע נקודת מבט חדשה על חוסנה של מדינת ישראל. ההיכרות עם הזרמים השונים ביהדות, והלמידה על האופן שבו קהילות בתפוצות מגשרות על קיטובים, משמשות כמודל השראה והתחזקות עבורנו פנימה. במהלך המסע יגבשו המשתתפים מחויבות אישית ויוזמות אקטיביות לחיזוק החוסן הלאומי ולביצור הברית בין ישראל לתפוצות בעת הזו.

המסע מתקיים בשלושה יעדים אפשריים: ניו יורק, לונדון, פולין.

סדנה - חינוך בתקופת השואה

בסדנה נעסוק בשאלות חינוכיות דרך מבט על תקופת השואה – תקופה בה חינוך לא היה מובן מאליו, אך עבור רבים הפך למפלט, שליחות והתנגדות. הסדנה מביאה את סיפורם של מחנכים ומחנכות שפעלו מתוך אידיאלים, אמונה ואחריות – יאנוש קורצ’אק, אנשי ונשות תנועות הנוער ופרדי הירש. בסדנה נעלה דילמות חינוכיות הנוגעות בתיווך המציאות, בשאלת התקווה ובתפקידה של מסגרת בעולם לא יציב.

באמצעות סיפורים וסימולציות, יהפוך הסיפור ההיסטורי לדיון עכשווי – על מהות התפקיד, גבולות האחריות, חינוך לערכים בעתות קיצון ואמונה ביכולת של מילה, מסגרת וקשר להעניק משמעות גם כשנדמה כאילו היא אבדה מהעולם. בסדנה נבחן את תפקידנו בשעות משבר, ונשאל מה אנו לוקחות.ים מהעבר כדי להחזיק באמונה ובשליחות גם כאן ועכשיו.

חינוך הומניסטי וזכרון השואה

הרצאה זו בוחנת את הקשרים בין זיכרון השואה לאתגרי החינוך לערכים הומניסטיים. במפגש נשאל כיצד ניתן לחנך למוסר, לסובלנות ולכבוד האדם תוך התמודדות עם סוגיות של אנטישמיות ונרדפות בהקשרים היסטוריים ועכשוויים. ההרצאה מציעה כלים פדגוגיים לשיח ערכי, ומזמינה לחשיבה מחודשת על מקומו של זיכרון השואה בעיצוב אתוס יהודי-דמוקרטי הומניסטי.

המרד הראשון של יהודים בנאצים, בבית הקפה ציגנריה שבקרקוב, “למען שלוש שורות בהיסטוריה”.

שואת יהודי צפון אפריקה

Lectures and training courses – Gender and Sex Education

Educators constantly encounter issues related to gender and sexuality in their professional work. These are integral components of a person's identity and significantly influence their ability to develop optimally. These processes, which can be enjoyable and highly meaningful, shape many aspects of children's and young people's lives and affect their mental, interpersonal, and even academic well-being.

Often, it is not a lack of desire that prevents educators from addressing these issues, but rather embarrassment and fear. The Gender and Sex Education training courses are designed to help teachers and parents deal with these issues.

Each lecture or training session will involve in-depth exploration of the issue, familiarization with problems in the lives of children and youth, and acquisition of practical tools for effective educational and parental intervention.

Managing conflicts in the classroom

Through various simulations, we will examine strategies for dealing with conflict situations and delve into ways to contain and lead productive dialogue in encounters fraught with various tensions in the learning environment.

Based on our belief in the educational role of public systems, which strengthen community resilience and the connection between communities and state and national institutions, we offer professional consulting services to administrators, educational staff, youth units, and informal educational organizations.

Managing educational and community teams holds real potential for change, growth, and hope. Alongside this potential, managers face many challenges—conflicting expectations, tensions between values and practices, interpersonal challenges within the professional team, and a sense of burnout.

At this time, additional complex layers were added to the challenges facing the administration: two years of intense conflict, sharp fluctuations between despair and hope, and crises of confidence in state institutions and the value of statehood.

Recognizing all of this, the consulting processes are aimed at driving hope-oriented renewal processes in complex educational systems. Translating values into organizational routines and goals into educational practice.

What does the consulting process involve?

During the consulting process, we will formulate value-based goals, define measurable objectives, and establish work procedures that transform challenges into an action plan that brings about change. The goal is to develop strong leadership and cohesive teams.

The process will focus on formulating a strategic and managerial work plan. A clear multi-year work plan ("One Pager") that includes a focused organizational vision, a value-based goal, measurable objectives (KPIs), success metrics, regularity, role definitions, and a schedule.

As part of the consulting process, we will develop a practical pedagogical toolkit focused on developing a collaborative and informal management culture. We will introduce and train participants in management tools such as: dialogical management, constructive conflict, trust-based partnership, gamification as an educational-management tool, and more.

The process can be supported by training for the educational staff, focusing on the content of the counseling process and changing in real time in response to the counseling process.

The five-step consulting process

Setting goals

Setting goals (organizational, educational, and social) and agreeing on the principles of support.

Characterization and mapping

In-depth interviews, mapping of needs and challenges (educational, organizational, and perceptual), and mapping of resources.

Writing a work plan

Prepare a focused document (one pager) that includes the overall goal, objectives, metrics, roles, and schedule.

Approval and control

Presentation of the plan, obtaining approval, and making final adjustments.

Implementation and support

Implementation of the program, assimilation of tools, and ongoing support.
