Educators play a significant role in shaping the sexual and gender development experiences of children and adolescents. They are key figures who can provide support, tools for healthy relationships, and positive role models for ethical and credible discourse on sexuality and gender.
We offer A mentoring program that includes specialized training for teachers.. The program will combine:
- Training in mentoring on sex and gender education for educators, tailored to students and cultural contexts.
- Professional gender and sex education facilitators will deliver professional content.
- Plenary meetings for the entire teaching staff.
The process will consist of one-hour sessions led by the educators and two-hour sessions led by the facilitators.
The program aims to strengthen educational discourse on these topics among educators of children and youth.
The program content can be adapted for grades 7 through 12.
